Sonds just like my SMP. Started at around 5 or 6 gain daily. Though daily wear, 24 hours a day, it has gotten down below that. I can only measure accuracy on a monthly basis now. Even though on some days due to my unusual sleeping patterns it will gain some, overall at the end of the month, it seldom gains more than 30 seconds. Definitely more accuracy than I need. I think the thing to do with an automatic watch is to wear it all the time. Even to sleep since they are sleep proof. I know some of you won't believe that, but it is true. They can withstand sleep.
