it's a totally personal choice. i have a 6 1/4 inch wrist and cannot wear the full sized Seamaster Pro. it looks kinda like this (not my picture but a good example). too big and unweildy.

on the other hand, i can wear the full size Speedmaster moon watch with no problem. it's not quite as big as the Seamaster Pro and due to its design (Space watch, etc.), it looks more normal being a bit bigger than the Seamaster.
