the big watches be "out" in the next 5-6 years???
I bought the mid for my 6.5" wrist and I've no regrets.I like to wear my watches a bit loose, and the full sized head would surely be flopping all over on my wrist. Not to mention the crown digging in to the top of my hand.
I also agree with the other poster about how the black midsized version has a very "balanced" look to it when scaled down from full size.
Perhaps we feel "bigger is better" or that a bigger watch on your wrist means you are more self confident or "manly" regardless how puny ones wrist is.
I have a puny wrist,I'm not fooling myself.
I bought the mid,and I don't feel silly or like people will laugh at me when they see a ridiculously large timepiece on my child sized arm.
BTW,I'm 6ft. 155Lbs.33 inch waist.
Just my .02
BTW,did I mention I've been toying with the thought of a 42mm Seiko Orange Monster diver?!If I buy it I'll be a hipocrite!
Go figure.....
: Don't forget, fashion is a great influence. Big
: watches are hip.
: 5 to 6 years ago, big watch producers like
: Panerai, IWC or even the European Watch
: Company by Frank Muller were not so popular.
