Service, Fake?

1) How much does the 5 year service cost and how long does it take?

2) I have a SM Pro and I saw a SM Pro Chronograph yesterday. The band on the SM Pro Chronograph was much wider and the thickness of the watch was twice of my SM Pro. Is this a fake or are the Chronographs that much thicker?
