: I have written two times to Omega.
: The first to say how much I like my new
: SMP-James Bond, and Second to order the
: the watch certificate for framing.
: Still no reply!!!
: When I bought my Rotary Watch, I emailed them
: a letter saying what a nice watch they made.
: I recieved a reply within 24 hours.
: Also I wrote them to get a box for the watch,
: and they sent it to me from England within a
: week.
: One would think, that Omega would be a little
: more customer service oriented?
: Especially with the amount of money one puts
: out to purchase the watch!!
: I hope Omega reads the forum.
: Just my opinion.
