Hi
Bought a 1997 Speedmaster triple date from photo provided by the vendor - took it down to Omega House in Eastleigh UK - live about two miles from it, and asked the techies there for advice on maintainance etc., got home and was admiring it when i noticed that the Seahorse and Speedmaster engraving were not there. In its place was an Omega symbal, above it "OMEGA" and around the perimiter of the circle the words "MAISON FONDEE EN 1848" any one else have a simular model and if so what is the significance of the inscription.
Regards
Brian
