How Many cards in a box?

Hi,

I read here that some watches came with 3 warranty cards and that some came with only 2.

Mine was bought 2 months ago and had only 2.
Does anybody know what is the story behind it? Did Omega at a certain point in time switched from 3 to 2 or is it model dependeant?
