If tracking numbers are any good, then according to USPS, my shipment left L.A. on Oct 10, and it's still in the air. I note that Bill C's account of his repair experience, to which I was referred when deciding whether to send my watch to La Suisse, says he had to contact Omega Ltd. via e-mail to confirm delivery, and then he had to wait 2 days for the reply.
