Definitely not. I am quite familiar with the issues of the Dynamic bracelet, having lost a fair bit of arm hair to one myself.
While the styling is intentionally similar (both are based on the Speedmaster bracelet design), they are quite different.
The one used on the GMT and the Speedmaster Professional series is of much better design and does not have the issues that the simplified version used on the Dynamic and Speedmaster Reduced.
