1969 Seamaster

hello I have just bought a 1969 Seamaster Automatic Day Date.
It has a 752 movement and ingraved on the inside of the backplate is
ST166-032 and ST168-023.
Does anyone have any details on this type of movement and know what
the 2 ST numbers mean,
