Don't know the part number but you might take a look at Chuck Maddox's article at the link below just for some guidance.
Don't bother contacting anyone named in the article for help in obtaining the back as they are in short supply. They turn up on Ebay sometimes for about $250.00.
As for plastic - there is no plastic display back unless you have it custom made.
