i have purchased a watch from them few years ago (wasn't an OMEGA, but something else) and it came WITHOUT the serial number as they have stated on their site.
the quartz watch started to acting up after couple weeks. so i sent it back to them for a repair. the watch came back with finger prints all over the hands and dust on the face under the crystal. they cleaned the watch and the watch came back with the original problem. so i ended up sending the watch back for a repair total of 3 times. they ended up replacing the whole movement with a new one. or so they told me.... by the time it was all over, it took over 2 months. they didn't argue with the problem that i had, and apologized for it. but not only the watch they sell has no serial numbers, their repair department doesn't know what they are doing. be aware...
