What's the proceedure for sending a watch to Omega in Switzerland for servicing? I don't have an immediate need, but would like to know for future reference.
Do I have to contact them before sending it?
How will I know what the charges will be? And would I be able to pay with a credit card?
How will I know how long it will take? Do I get a tracking number for it's return to me? Are they good about communicating the status, or will I be in the dark wondering when it might show up back to me?
This would be for a general cleaning/lube.
Thanks for any input.
