What I did was sent the an e-mail with all much watches info, asking if I could get the details on sending the watch to Bienne.
They then replied in 2 days with all the info.
I sent the watch to them, and about 14 days later I e-mailed them and they told me that it was already with a technician and that I should be getting a price quote soon. Low and behold a couple days later I have an official OMEGA letter in my mail box with all the info I could need.
You an pay by credit card and Omega no longer pays for return shipping (at least not in my case to the US)
