Recently bought a midsize seamaster pro automatic, style no 2253.80.00. How do I change the date?? The crown pulls out to position 3 at they describe in the manual, (as far as it goes). This adjusts the time but I cannot seem to change the date other than winding the clock forward but for example the date said the 1st I wanted it to say the 23rd. I have been advised not to wind backwards so surely winding the watch forward through 40 + number of revolutions can't be the only way to do this???
Advice welcomed. Save me a trip back to the Jewelers all embarrassed anyway hahah!!
Thanks!!!
