For your information, I have read this thread, contacted Omega UK, was refered to Omega Sweden, who thus informed it is no longer available.
I guess I'll be going to eBay for the book since I cannot find it through any other channels and am willing to pay market value for it on eBay.
eBay is not a scam when there are people (like me) willing to pay the eBay prices for the book.
