I think his offer to sell to you and my offer to buy crossed in cyberspace. I purchased "your" book for 15 pounds plus postage from Andy. Hell of a nice guy. The book is totally available in the UK, which is where Andy lives. If you don't live in the UK, Ebay is now your option. Unless Andy will order you one. :) Regards, Greg
