No, OMEGA will not custom make the part for you.

There are other people who will, but this is not cheap to do, it involves removing the anti-magnetic shield from the back of your watch so you have much less protection from the movement getting magnetized, severely reduces the water resistance and voids the warranty.

So it is generally not a worthwhile thing to persue -- unless you just gotta have it at any cost or inconvenience.
