I am sending the watch to Switzerland today for repair.
Since the person from OMEGA in Switzerland, who had been very helpful with other stuff, did not respond to my email today (it only has been one day, so I'm sure I will get an answer next week. but I don't want to wait for another day to send the watch in for repair), I need to know some things sending the watch.
What do I need to include with the watch other than obvious (my name, address, phone, the problem I have)? Do I need to include the actual warranty card? or can I just copy it?
and how long do I have to wait before I get my watch back???
thanks again everybody
