I still can't believe the attitude of the Omega Pa customer service rep. With an item in this price range the only response to my situation should have been for them to want to at least look at my watch (of course, postage paid by them). The rep just didn't care that a service center mentioned by them did a poor job ..... especially on something as simple as a bezel repair. As the rep first said, Womble needs to correct the situation. I refused to send this watch back to them. She also stated that they don't have any kind of statistics or tracking relating to these independent servce facilities ......... now that's good a good quality control stance.
I emailed Omega Switzerland and will send a snail mail to them as well.
