I thought Breitling in CT was a decent shop for their service.Also,does'nt Rolex return their watches "looking like new"?
I think here in the land of fast foods,1HR photo,Jiffy lube in 30min. or less,and let's not forget the 5min. or it's free pan pizza at Pizza Hut you can't expect "Old World" service.
It's frustrating and the #1 reason I try to service all my car repairs myself instead of going to the "stealership"!
