Thanks to both Derek and crockett for your responses. To answer Derek first, I got that information (Superluminova) from Tanya Cicconetti of Omega.ch. I also posed the same question to her but she hasn't responded yet. SuperLuminova is actually applied on the marker beside the tip of the hour markers (like the minute markers).
To answer crockett's question, I put my watch about 2 inches under a 50-watt halogen lamp for about 30 seconds (it gets a bit hot). This should at least give a slight if not bright glow in the dark, don't you think?
