Funny this is mentioned as i recently asked a simialr question about Auto service centers....I was having trouble with a local stealership and warranty work and the "enthusiasts" best suggestion was to drive over two hours out of my way (round trip) during a work week to go to a special dealership that does wonderful work..now if my problem had been something "custom" like a supercharger, nitrous setup or anything elaborate then I could understand, but for routine maintence on a stock car...why should people have to go out of their way to get good service when the company offers various service options that are supposed to be convient?
