Yes....I know the feeling all too well. I've sent my Speedmaster to PA once. The watch came back with "pry marks" on the case cover and with slight scratches on the face. To make the story short, I've ended up sending the watch to Switzerland. The Swiss did not charge me for fixing the problems which were created in PA. I did not see my watch for nearly two months. The Swiss had replaced the face and the back cover....The sad thing about this is that the new cover did not have the ser. number like the original did.
