are you sure they're Authorized? Is the Warranty Card in order? You can check for Authorized Dealers on the Dealer Locator on the Omega Website at http://www.omegawatches.com/omega/di_network_home# The number is VERY tiny. You probably won't be able to read it without using a magnifying glass or loop.
If it is not there, I would definitely return it for a refund. Then I'd let Omega know. Seems odd that an Authorized Dealer would sell one with the serial number removed. He has no reason to remove it, and every reason not to (like putting his dealership at risk).
