Shawn,I don't know if this is any help,but I have several watches: Seamaster Pro,Seamaster Chrono,Zenith Rainbow flyback,Speedy Auto and I find that the Sea Chrono has the heaviest/stiffest winding of the lot.I also have an Oris Big Crown Chrono with a similar movement(7750)it's also 'heavy'almost exactly the same as the Seamaster Chronograph
