I inhereted my mothers 18kt Gold Watch - the watch itself was not working, but has been repaired and seems to be working now. The problem I have is that the bracelet part is 18kt gold mesh and has broken in 2 places - and was repaired but is already sharp where the sawder was done. Is there any way to repair gold mesh? Can the gold be used to make links and attach it to the actual time piece?
