Grey Market Question

I have wanted an Omega Seamaster Pro Auto 2531.80.00 for 5 years now. I am a college student so I don't have a whole lot of money, but I am at a situation where I have enough to buy one off the net (Grey Market)

The two website I am considering is Atlantictime.com and americasjewlery.com. Both claim to have the real thing and they come with the same box, paperwork, intact serial numbers and everything like that. The only difference that they are telling me is that instead of the warranty going through Omega, they would handle the three year warranty because of the voided Omega one.

The only other thing that concerns me is the authenticity of the watch, but the Omega Web site claims you can e-mail your serial number in and they can tell you if it's real.

I guess my question comes down to if you were in the situation I was in, what would you do? Has anyone heard of any other websites that are reliable?

Any information that you guys could provide would be very much appreciated. Please e-mail me at jetstream@novia.net Thanks All!!!
