omega chrono--- replacement movement or not?? *PIC*

i've just got an old omega chrono from a friend on approval. its from the 27chroa/320 era and look, but the movement might be a replacement as it has no serial number or cal number. it does have a genuine omega balance bridge and the whole movement is 'similar' to a 320.
the makers cartouche under the balance wheel is TWO inside a cross shaped like the german iron cross with flared ends. needless to say Cooksey schugart lets you down when you most need it as TWO is not in their list of makers marks.

do you have any ideas or know anyone who might.

regards

Graham
