Unfortunately, the quick customer service is nothing if the end result is unsatisfactory.
I feel Omega should have polished out any scratches they put on the watch before returning it to me (I realize it will get them when any work is performed on the watch). The pin scratches on the lugs are just negligence and a few of them are a little deep. Of course, this is on the underside of the watch but I know they are there and I don't like it.
Anyway, I don't expect my car to get dings or scratches when it's in the repair shop just as I don't expect my wife's wedding ring to get a chipped diamond when it's being cleaned.
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect our expensive watches to be returned in pristine condition when they need repair, especially by a authorized Omega service center.
