Those came out in the early 1990's whent he blue dial skeleton hand versions did. They were discontinued around 2000, but may still be available.
Of course, as Keith said, there are fakes of many Seamaster models. Merely being a correct color/hands combination is not proof that a specific watch is not a fake. So apply normal caution to verify that any individual watch you are looking at is authentic.
