I'm not sure, but it sounds like you have a Manhattan model. Came out in the mid-80's if I'm not mistaken, and were the first Connies to have the claw and Romans bezel. So, if your watch has a claws and Romans bezel, I'm fairly confident it's a Manhattan.
In all steel, my very best guess is it's worth around 800 USD if it's in good shape. If I run across one for sale on the web, I'll post the URL here.
