: I've bought a new constellation quartz two days
: ago and it loses about 2h per day! This
: watch does not have a seconds hand, so I can
: not understand if the battery is at
: finishing.
: Why is this happening? How much is the lifetime
: of the first battery? If the dealer tells me
: that it needs a battery replacement should I
: ask for another watch with a genuine OMEGA
: battery?
: Thank you for your support.
Two hours??? That's quite excessive.
I'd run, don't walk, back to your dealer and discuss what to do with the watch. Chances are, since you'd only bought it two days ago, he may be able to replace it with another and send yours back as defective...
Hopefully you can work something out.
