A couple of ebay questions

I'm sure you guys get a couple of these newbie questions a week, but i would appreciate any guidance. I've been browsing this forum for a while now, my goal is a new aqua terra automatic or seamaster, but currently i am lacking the sufficient funds. So my search for an omega has landed me on ebay looking for slightly used ones(omegas). I found one i'd like to bid on but need a little help; i'd like to know that the watch is authentic and this is some info the seller has posted:
movement bears serial number 41839500
Case reference ST 1880058
the watch is an omega constellation caliber 1010?
exactly how old is this watch?
