I haven't purchased an Omega new in almost 10 years, so I couldn't advise in that area. However, I can still recommed Nasr's in Garland, because they are a small family-owned shop and also have a good selection. I think they would be as much or more inclined to work with you as anyone. If you visit them, let me know how it goes.
