New to me

I received an Omega ladies watch for my birthday recently and am not able to provide a picture of it. Can someone help me with the identification? It is rectangular, has a diamond studded bezel, the band is an Omega 14K gold band, the band and the watch case and face are florentined 14K gold. The case back has a small tab for a jewelers instrument to open it with. The Omega symbol, the word Omega are at the top of the face and the word DeVille is at the bottom of the face. The numbers are indicated with raised "tics". To set the time, one has to insert a small sharply-pointed instrument such as a straight pin into an indentation where the winding stem should be. Thank you for any help.
Linda
