i have sent my watch to switzerland for a repair as the watch was defective when i bought it. it came back after 6-7 weeks with a smudge under the crystal. ended up sending the watch back again, this time to swatch in PA as i didn't want to wait another 6 weeks.
have anyone had "not so good experience" with OMEGA in switzerland???
