I apologize in advance if this is a silly question.
I will be flying to Europe next week and will be sporting my SMP Automatic for the first time. I have read that turning the time backwards - especially when the date is changing - can be harmful to the watch.
My question is: Upon my return to PST from GMT should I move the time forward approximately 1 month instead of back 8 hours? Or does it matter?
