This forum is run on a commercial hosting service. Apparently, they changed me over -- with no notice -- from a server that ran natively on East Coast USA time to one that runs on West Coast USA.
So my correction *to* GMT in the forum configuration was now off by four hours. I don't pay a lot of attention to the time myself, as my local time is far from GMT.
Thanks for pointing it out. Now that I know, I'll fix it!
