so that's the only way anyone would really be able to help you. That said... There are some VERY GOOD fakes out there right now, that I would have a hard time spotting at a glance. Certainly, opening the case to find a real Omega Caliber 1120 and a Movement Number that matches the tag and number on the lug would go a long way to reassure you that it is genuine. Also, knowing it's origin would help too. If it's used, does the Warranty Card have a Dealers Stamp on it, and does that Dealer match up with the list of Authorized Dealers on the Omega Website? If it's "new" from a Gray Market online dealer, it's probably genuine, but there are no guarrantees unless it came from an Authorized Dealer.
