No. Each year, watch brands like OMEGA have some new models added to the line, and some existing models discontinued. But there are seldom if ever direct replacements for a specific model. So there are no "last year models we gotta move out to make room for the new models" like there are with car dealers.
About the only time you will find watches like OMEGA on clearance at an authorized dealer will be pieces that have been in their inventory way too long (several years) without selling, or pieces that have been returned.
