I am 5'10" and 150lbs. My wrists are 2-2/5" I wear the full size, and find that it fits me perfectly, though some people say that it looks big. I have not had any problems wearing it at work with a suit (hey if Bond can do it, so can I).
The lugs do not stick out over my wrists and the bracelet has 4 links per side (in addition to the endlinks and mini half links on each side of the clasp).
At the end of the day you need to go to the shop and check and see what YOU feel looks and feels good.
good luck,
FGA
: Thanks for your quick answer....
: I am 6', and weigh about 185. So by your
: "rule-if-thumb", I would have to
: go with full size. But my wrist is really
: about 2-1/8" wide. So think the full
: size will be about as wide and you wont even
: see the bracelet from the top. Also, they
: will have to remove so many links I will be
: stuck with only a couple of links on each
: side, which I think will not look good at
: all...
: That's why I think the mid-size would be better
: looking, but even then, I was wondering if
: it would still be too big....
: Thanks for your time...
: Hugues
