Since you didn't even tell us what kind of place you saw it at, we can only make wild speculative guesses. Clearance? A returned watch? New old stock? Going out of business?

Can't advise you on this without knowing what kind of store/seller you are looking to buy it from. If it is an authorized OMEGA dealer giving you full factory warranty, then yes, that would be a good buy.
