I forgot to mention, when I expressed my desire for Omega to give me a refund Mr. Lehmann responded with "You'll have to go through your authorized dealer for that". Now, why should an authorized dealer have to do anything due to Omega's service organization ruining the watch.
This is just another prime example of the "great" customer service Omega provides. I've gotten better CS from Citizen Watch company. At least they return your watch without "handling marks". Oh, my Navisail keeps better time than my wifes SMP ladies quartz ...... go figure.
