Yes. Mr. Lehmann is one of couple people who is helping me with my issues. and I have to say that I am surprised that he is not helping you with your problem.
again, I really don't want to tell everybody here how good they are treating me with this issue as i do not want people taking advantage of them in a wrong way, but they took this issue even farther to work with me without having me asking for it.
after my last post here and told him the latest problems i had by saying "i will live with these problems that i got with the watch returned from your place as I was sick of sending my watch out to places, but i just wanted you to know that there WERE some issues. because if I were you, I would like to know if my customers are getting the right services that they deserve"
they just sent me an email on the same day, which i didn't expect, and told me what they will do to solve the problem. which was lot more than i expected and satisfied me 100% and made me more than happy.
I don't know if having problems with 2 of their new watches had anything to do with it, but they sure came up with the right way to treat me right.
I know how you feel when you are getting all these problems and i feel bad for you. but i am happy with the way they handled my case and I would buy another new Omega.
I still don't have confidence in their technicians who handles watches though.... but as i hear lot of other good comments about the service other people are getting and shared here, I will have to give them another chance.
