I figured a bezel spring replacement was pretty much a no brainer and didn't feel the need to send it back to Bienne. Any work requiring the back to be opened and I would have sent it there, but I really didn't think my bezel problem required the back of the watch to be opened (I was told it didn't by Womble Watch works yet they opened it anyway ....... for reference numbers).
I'm still waiting for a return email from Bienne. I do not want to send the watch back to PA unless it's for me to get a refund.
Thanks to everyone for putting up with my ranting on this situation. I still can't believe this is happening.
