Realize that the watch is counting out 86400 seconds per day. So a change from +1 to +1.4 equals and increase of merely 0.0004%.
That's NOTHING! Your mechanical watch will vary by at least that much based on simple physical issues as position relative to gravity, temperature or how well it is wound.
Far from being something to be worried about, you should be thrilled that your watch runs that well!
