Constellation Questions

I own a vintage Constellation serial.24493558 case CD 168 017561 and am wanting to change the dial/hands and case in the event I can't get one through Omega (they would sell the case to a dealer only)

I have a cal 561 and I'd like to use a cal 564 case and dial is this possible?
