I have the exact same problem with the same model. I opted to leave the half link in and let the watch be a bit on the loose side. When I had the half link taken out, the watch would feel like it was literally squeezing my wrist anytime I would sweat even a little bit. It hurt so bad that I had to have the extra half link put back in. Now when I sweat the watch stays in place, but otherwise it does slide up and down my wrist freely. I have just learned to live with it since the crown biting into my hand every so often is much less painful than having the watch squeeze my entire wrist.
