Bad Service Update

Omega Lancaster has devalued my propery and Omega doesn't want to make amends. They do not stand by their product. My next step will be to contact the Pennsylvania States Attorney's office regarding this issue.

This dude talks about "exceptional solutions". That would be a refund. Even if they gave me a new watch after this experience I would never wear it. But, kind of hard to sell a new watch that has been poorly refinished due to the negligence of Lancaster.

Here is the email I got last week:

Dear Mr. C,

Thank you for your message.

We have taken note that you will send your watch back to the personal attention of Mr. Lehmann who, upon receipt, will examine your timepiece and will find an exceptional solution for you.

However, we thank you for your comprehension that a refund cannot be arranged by OMEGA and our Affiliate and Customer Service Swatch Group US, Lancaster.

We are confident that Mr. Lehmann will restore your confidence in OMEGA.
Kind regards,

Erich Buess.
